Our customers are owners and managers of commercial and industrial office buildings and facilities. We serve them for all their janitorial and cleaning needs include carpet cleaning and pressure washing. We supply all of the cleaning supplies and equipment, unless otherwise specified.

We are licensed, bonded and fully insured for your protection and we offer guaranteed service, high quality work, safety and security of your building, confidential data, and personal items. We are Fully Insured and bonded by Canadian Northern Shield. At VanClean your satisfaction is our primary responsibility. We are completely committed to delivering quality, care, and consideration with every service. If within 15 days after the cleaning date you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we gladly rectify any and all problems at no charge and if still you are not satisfied, we will refund the amount of the original cleaning price.
